prompt, and automatic count for cutting times.
The backgauge is equipped with encoder, coordinated numerical code display system, which make the
demonstration of bakgauge position more accurate, thus further enhance the cutting precision.
QC11Y Series
Performance and Features
The second-generation shear features a welded steel plate structure for high strength and rigidity, combined with a reliable integrated hydraulic system. It allows quick blade clearance adjustment, adjustable rake angle to reduce plate deformation, and accurate sectional shearing with shadow-line cutting. A mobile backgauge with numerical control counter ensures precise positioning and improved cutting accuracy.
